Biography
Anastasia K. Jones
Anastasia K. Jones joined Strother Law Offices in May 2008. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and California. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, criminal defense, bankruptcy, and business transactions.
Ms. Jones began her legal career with a large national law firm, where she handled a wide variety of litigation, transactional, and bankruptcy matters. After relocating to Virginia, Ms. Jones transitioned to a smaller firm environment, where she expanded her practice to include criminal defense work. Ms. Jones has significant experience in the following areas, among others: real estate; UCC; landlord-tenant issues; intellectual property; family law; estate planning; lending and leasing transactions and workouts; collections; alternative dispute resolution; bankruptcy claims work, adversary actions, and post-petition financing; defense of criminal and traffic cases; and appellate matters. Ms. Jones regularly handles trials in various General District Courts and Circuit Courts throughout Central Virginia.
